Real Estate Developer Filinvest Land, Inc., through 20%-owned subsidiary Filinvest Alabang, Inc., is rebranding its flagship development Filinvest City -- formerly known as Filinvest Corporate City -- in Alabang, Muntinlupa City to reflect a shift into a mixed-use development from a former solely business-oriented district.
Opening this month at Filinvest City is the five-star, 345-room Crimson Hotel, which forms part of the four-tower Entrata Urban Complex beside Festival Supermall, a statement yesterday read. Filinvest Land will also open in the first quarter next year Entrata Shopping Center, an upscale retail complex on the ground and second floors of Entrata’s first tower that will feature 50 spaces for high-end retail brands as well as a 4,000-square-meter entertainment facility.
